I saw Kristie for a Reiki energy and sound bowl healing session today. I had never done this before and didn’t know what to expect, and it totally blew me away! She read some cards similar to tarot and lit candles beforehand, and explained some crystals that she’d use with me. She was kind and a wonderful listener while I discussed what’s going on with me first. Nothing felt rushed and she just let me be myself. The energy healing portion was very cool - she used a mix of sounds, my eyes were closed so I didn’t see what she was using/doing but I FELT what she was doing around me. There was a guided meditation portion which was really beautiful too. I left feeling an intense amount of energy having moved through and out of me. It was a healing feeling, similar to how I feel after acupuncture, but more intense. It was amazing to feel how much my body changed during an experience where there is actually very little touching (different from massage or something like that). I would highly recommend seeing Kristie if you’re going through any sort of trauma, change, health issue, or just want to feel renewed. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’d do this again without hesitation!
