Most of us are asleep.  We are going through life following the rules we have been taught by society, by generations of familial conditioning, and by our own limiting beliefs.  What if I told you we could change all of that? Through my work with clients, we open you up, awaken you to who you truly are (and who you came to this earth to be), we work on processing your trauma and energetic blocks through energy healing, and we develop a game plan for you to take inspired action to fulfill your soul's desires. ​

 

I am the bridge.  I am someone who has gone through a lot of life's negative and positive experiences and have come out the other side.  From Wounded Child to Wall Street to Witch, I have undergone many initiations, and I understand both sides of the polarities we face in this existence called life.  I have hated myself and I have learned to love myself unconditionally.  I have been poor and I have been comfortable.  I have been too thin and I have been too heavy.  I have been a hard charging corporate achiever and an energy healer going through a massive spiritual awakening.  I have been a devout Irish Catholic and a Jewish wife and mother turned practicing Witch and mystic.  I have been all of this and much more. My work is to bridge all of these spaces and find my truth.  I'd love to help you too.

I am a healer.  What does that mean?  I am someone who is on this earth to help you understand yourself, the world, and your piece in the puzzle more deeply. We do this through looking into ourselves and learning to love all parts of ourselves unconditionally - warts and all.  We reduce shame, guilt and loneliness by befriending our shadow parts.  We learn to embrace love over fear in all situations.  We learn to forgive ourselves and others.  We learn to call on the spiritual and cosmic support that is all around us.  We learn to thrive in peace and not chaos.  We learn to open up to a limitless and abundant universe.  We learn to heal ourselves, our ancestors, and our descendants through this sacred work.

The healing modalities I use are my own unique blend of my training as well as hands on experience from this lifetime and many past lifetimes.  I am a Reiki Master Teacher in Usui Reiki.  I am a Master in Shamanic Reiki.  I am a Spiritual Sound Healer.  I am a Medium.  I am an intuitive guide. I am a soul-led coach.  I am a spiritual teacher.  I am a student of Huna Wisdom, Shamanism, and Earth Based Wisdom.  I also have 12 years of experience on Wall Street in Real Estate Finance, HR, and Leadership Development.

I am not a solely "love and light" healer.  I am equally rooted in the sky and the ground, just like the mighty oak.  Working together will require us to reach up and down.  We dig into our highest self and our shadow self.  Working together in a collaborative effort between you, me and spirit.  All three of us need to hold up our end of the bargain.  If you are ready to put in the work to finally figure out who you are and what you're meant to do then lets get started.
